We work with NDIS participants via the School Leavers Employment Support service in to help them prepare for and find work opportunities. Our services are focused on a holistic approach, meaning we help build soft skills, technical skills and work with other professionals involved in supporting you towards your goals.
Personalised support for 16 - 24 year old NDIS participants with employment goals, particularly school leavers and job seekers
Our Connecting Employment Hub provides support to school leavers and recent School Leavers with NDIS plans, offering the training and skills development needed to help participants feel confident about their transition to employment. From pre-employment skills, planning to preparation and post-interview support, we’re walking alongside you on this journey. We take a strength based approach, we follow your career goals.
