If you’re in your final year of school, or have recently left school, you may be eligible for youth employment support through Inclusive Employment Australia.
Connecting Futures helps young adults build confidence, explore career options, and transition from school into meaningful employment.
You may be eligible if you:
✔ Are under 22 years of age
✔ Are in your final year of school, a school-based apprenticeship, or have recently left school
✔ Have a disability, injury, or health condition that creates barriers to work
✔ Need support planning the transition from school into employment
You do not need to be using any government services or programs to access Inclusive Employment Australia.
