Meet Christina
Hi, I’m Christina.
I have more than 20 years’ experience working in disability and injury management, but at the heart of what I do is supporting young people to become the best version of themselves and achieve their goals. I began my career studying psychology, completing my studies through to a doctorate focused on autism, and over the years I’ve learned that the moments that matter most are when someone realises, “Hey, I can actually do this.”
What motivates me most is supporting young people through a really important stage of life — the transition from high school into early adulthood and, for many, their very first job. I believe everyone deserves the chance to reach their potential and feel confident stepping into their future. In my work, I focus on empowerment, compassion, and best-practice support, making sure every person feels heard, respected, and guided with care.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me doing CrossFit, spending time with my two dogs, or switching my brain off with a cheesy reality TV show.
If you’re navigating big changes or new beginnings, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
