Looking to explore Employment or Volunteering opportunities? Our Career Mentors can support you on your employment Journey.

We work with NDIS participants via the School Leavers Employment Support service in to help them prepare for and find work opportunities. Our services are focused on a holistic approach, meaning we help build soft skills, technical skills and work with other professionals involved in supporting you towards your goals.

Personalised support for 15 - 24 year old NDIS participants with employment goals, particularly school leavers and job seekers

Our Youth Employment service provides support to school leavers and recent School Leavers aged 15 - 24 with NDIS plans to work towards their life and career goals. We offer:

  • One to one Career Mentoring Weekly with your own Career Mentor
  • Small Team Projects (STP) to
    • build soft skills and technical skills for work and life in an area of your interest
    • Building communication and social skills with peers.
    • making lifelong connections
  • Test and try industry options
  • work experience
  • Assistance to access sustainable employment
  • Post placement support & Employer training
