I’m a Youth Employment Mentor at Connecting Futures, with experience across youth mentoring, employer engagement, business development, and supporting people with a wide range of goals and challenges. My focus is helping young people turn their potential into real employment outcomes that last.

I value being authentic, accountable, and supportive, and I aim to create an experience where you feel guided and reassured at every step — not rushed or pressured. I’m passionate about helping young people build confidence, prepare for work, and create real opportunities, whether that’s landing a first job, apprenticeship, or taking the next step forward. I truly believe that meaningful employment can change the direction of someone’s life.

Outside of work, I prioritise health and fitness and enjoy spending time outdoors camping, fishing, riding my motorbike, and learning more about personal growth and performance.
