What I love most about my role is supporting young people to grow in all areas of life — whether that’s finding a job, getting their licence, moving out of home, or taking a step they once thought was out of reach. I’m especially passionate about helping young people feel connected to a community where they can learn, grow, and feel supported.

Outside of work, I’m a swim teacher at a local pool, and one of my favourite things is watching someone build confidence in the water — especially when they achieve something that once felt impossible. That moment of growth is what motivates me in everything I do.
