Hi, I’m Tommy.

I’m a qualified carpenter and have been part of the Connecting Futures team since April 2025. I support young people to work towards goals that matter to them and love celebrating the milestones along the way — big or small.

Building genuine, trusting relationships is really important to me. I believe support works best when you feel comfortable, understood, and backed by someone who truly cares.

I enjoy connecting with young people through shared interests, especially health, fitness, and sport, and I try to lead by example through encouragement and positive role modelling.

Outside of work, I stay active year-round. In summer, I compete in triathlons, and in winter, I play football. That same energy, discipline, and commitment is what I bring into my work every day.
