Hi, I’m Tab.

I’m a Youth Employment Mentor at Connecting Futures. I work in the disability sector and have been supporting people for over 12 years. My role focuses on supporting participants who are in employment, making sure you feel supported at work and that your employer understands what you need to succeed.

The best part of my job is being out in the workplace, working alongside participants as they learn new tasks or adjust to changes in their routine. I really enjoy walking alongside people on their journey and seeing their confidence grow as they move towards independence.

Outside of work, I love spending time gardening, camping, fishing, and being around animals.
