Meet Bec
Hi, I’m Bec.
I am a Youth Employment Mentor at Connecting Futures. I work in employment services and have nearly 10 years’ experience supporting people to find work, build confidence, and overcome barriers that might be holding them back. I’ve worked across recruitment, sales, marketing, and small business — including running my own beauty business overseas — so I understand how many different paths there are into work.
What I love most about my job is helping young people recognise their strengths and see their own value. I’m passionate about empowering people with practical skills, clear goals, and the confidence to move forward in a way that feels right for them.
