Meet Nat

Hi, I’m Nat.

I’m a Career Mentor in the Bendigo office and the Small Team Projects Lead at Connecting Futures. I work with NDIS participants to explore interests, build skills, and prepare for employment and independent living, while also helping create and deliver small group programs that build confidence and real-world skills through interest-based projects.

I’ve worked in youth services for over 18 years across government and not-for-profit organisations, with additional experience in community services, event management, hospitality, and retail. I bring that mix of experience into my work every day, supporting young people to try new things, navigate challenges, and build confidence in a way that feels achievable and supportive.

I love working alongside young adults as they step into new environments and develop new skills — not just to get by, but to genuinely thrive. I strongly believe that having someone in your corner can make all the difference, and that inclusion should be the norm, not the exception.

Outside of work, I’m a big book lover. I enjoy collecting books just as much as reading them, and I’m slowly working towards a very ambitious goal of owning at least 1,000 books.
